Mena Alexandra Suvari (born 13th February 1979) is an American model, actress and fashion designer. model. After a brief period as a model for fashion her career quickly shifted to acting when she appeared in guest roles on television shows such as Boy Meets World in the 1990s, and High Incident. The actress made her debut in film in the 1997 thriller film Nowhere. In American Beauty and American Pie the actress gained more recognition for her roles. In 2000, she starred alongside her American Pie co star Jason Biggs. Her next role was her role as the main character as the lead character in Sugar & Spice (2002). In 2002, she starred in Spun the drama by an independent company and in 2004's thriller, Trauma. She also appeared on HBO's drama Six Feet Under. She received nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Award in 2005, as part of the Outstanding Ensemble. Suvari was also featured in Days of the Dead, The Mysteries Of Pittsburgh and the film version of The Garden of Eden. Suvari has appeared in many fashion magazines and blogs and blogs, such as Vogue.
