The model who speaks four languages has been seen in The Brave, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. On Blood & Treasure, from 2019 until 2020 she portrayed Lexi Vaziri. Us Weekly reported in May 2020, that Pernas was dating Justin Hartley from The Young and the Restless. This romance began after Chrishell Stause and the This Is Us actress split in November of 2018. In May 2021, the news broke that Pernas Hartley had recently married in secret.
